This is the second volume of my essay on Seattle Central Library. Referring to Prof. Moneo's term "Free Section"of OMA's innovation told at his GSD lecture, I look into the unique quality of the interior space. The "openess" of the void space is one of the focus points, in comparison Le Corbsiersian 'open' space such as pilotis and roof garden, with distorted Miesian 'open' space.
